As a seasoned Yoga Instructor, my goal is to help connect mind and body through the practice of asana. For those interested in a deeper practice, I host immersive teacher trainings and weekend workshops. This is in addition to a wide range of live and streaming classes for people of all backgrounds and experiences.

Breathe In. Breathe Out. Let Go.

Join me for a session  and experience the positive changes that a little bit of sweat, breathing, and concentration can have on your health and wellbeing.

The physical practice (asana) was introduced to me at a young age as a form of childhood play. Years later, realizing it was actually the practice of yoga, I was hooked. Wanting to pursue my passion, I sought out senior teachers who shared my love for studying the physical, mental and subtle aspects of yoga. They went on to guide me through teacher trainings in Jivamukti, power yoga/vinyasa and in the ashtanga method; including first, second and third series, with the esteemed Tim Miller at Ashtanga Yoga Center, Encinitas, California.

As a former professional athlete, my classes incorporate modern biomechanics and knowledge of the body, into the more traditional practice of asana. I have practiced, lived and taught from New York to California and everywhere in between. When not teaching, I enjoy spending time drinking coffee, exploring the outdoors and tending to my tiny garden of plants I have collected while traveling.
